After leaving the business and enduring a long exile in Montana, word gets out that the British government are holding the same terrorist in captivity; Dial is wooed back via the opportunity to make good on his initial failure. What Dial doesn't know is that he'll soon be framed for murder, putting him on the run in London's underbelly with the British police hot on his heels.

Review:
Another straight to DVD Wesley Snipes movie to review. Man I sure do watch a lot of these. This one was quite bland for a Snipes movie. Mostly just him running around, hiding out & trying not to get caught or killed. You have to wait just over an hour before you even get a fist fight scene from Mr. Snipes. Low budget so obviously effects are low quality, acting isn't quite at the top level. It's not even a great action film because it's just hiding out & talking. The relationship between Snipes & the littler girl is really weird & at times slightly uncomfortable.
