Synopsis:

Expert assassin for hire Marcus Jones (Wesley Snipes) is on the run from CIA agents, an international weapons dealer, and billionaires after being framed for a murder he didn't commit. He must find whoever is responsible before they find him first.

Review:

Straight to DVD Wesley Snipes films, not much different than non-straight to DVD Wesley Snipes films. Acting is well what you would expect. The production value is again what you would expect. The only thing that is above average is the fight scenes. Paying taxes aside Wesley knows how to organize a fake fight.
