Review:
God Damn it this movie was AWESOME!!!!! Forget acting, forget plot, forget everything you thought you knew about what is considered a good movie & enjoy every goddamn second of this one. Guy Pearce is a complete lunatic in his over the top, one liner powered action hero role. The acting is less than desirable for the most part. Maggie Grace is terrible, good to look at, but bad to watch act. The CGI has two very differing levels that range from as I've said many times before "SyFy Channel" to a movie with a budget of $20 million. Don't let my rating fool you into thinking that I didn't like this movie. The problem is that I'm following a preset of reviewing categories so even thought I LOVED this movie, I can't score things higher than they actually were or else what's the point of reviewing or using points. The acting is awesome. the blood & guts is great. The comedy is perfectly placed & times. The one liners are reminiscent of the 80's & 90's. Overall it was a great God damn movie. SEE THIS MOVIE!!!
